Hi, I'm MEGAN

About 25 years ago when I lived in Vegas, I took my very first striptease class (I mean… it is Vegas) and fell in love with everything that was group fitness. From the amazing students to the empowering instructors and the joy it brought to everyone involved, I knew I had found my calling.

I've been teaching for a whopping 23 years now! From strength training to dance sessions and even workshops on mastering the art of lap dancing—yep, you read that right! I've done it all. Having owned my own studio and managed group fitness programs, I've gained a wealth of knowledge. Now, I’m filled with confidence that allows me to guide you towards consistency and authentic, life-changing results that you've been craving. I'm stoked to share my passion because let's be real, it's not just about the workouts, it's about the connections we make and the community we build together.

Hey, I'm KADEN

I’ve been around athletics for as long as I can remember. Growing up playing sports gave me a strong foundation in discipline, movement, and competition, and that naturally led me into the fitness world. I’ve been in the gym since I was 14 years old, building years of experience in strength training, conditioning, and proper technique.

In every class, I bring high energy and excitement to create an environment that pushes you while still making it fun. I’m not just here to hype you up, I’m here to coach you. I focus heavily on form and intentional movement so you get the best possible workout, safely and effectively.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take things to the next level, my goal is to help you move better, train smarter, and leave every class feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Hi, I'm KATIE

I grew up playing sports, which is where I first built my foundation in strength training and learned how important mobility and proper movement really are. Being active from a young age shaped the way I approach fitness today—it’s not just about working hard, but about moving well, staying balanced, and taking care of your body long-term.

When my sports career came to an end, I quickly noticed how much I relied on movement—not just physically, but mentally. Without it, I felt the shift in my energy, mood, and overall well-being. That realization pushed me to find a new outlet, and that’s when I discovered weight training. I instantly fell in love with the process, the challenge, and the way it made me feel—strong, confident, and empowered in a whole new way.

Now as a coach, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same feeling. My classes are high-energy, upbeat, and designed to push you while still being approachable and fun. Expect hype music, lots of encouragement, and a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself, build strength, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Hi, I'm CAMILLE

My name is Camille, and I am 35, a mom of three, and living proof that movement, motion, and community can change your entire life. I have been finding joy in motion since I was a child by dancing, running cross country, hitting the track, and flying over bars in high school. But the strongest version of me was not built back then… it was built when life got hard.

Group fitness found me in one of my lowest seasons and allowed me to step into my power. From that moment on, I was hooked. Now, this is more than a workout. This is therapy with better music. This is a space where we show up messy, real, and ready to grow, where we hype each other up, check in on each other, and remind ourselves just how strong we actually are.

In our classes, you are not just burning calories, you are building confidence, igniting your soul, and continuing to become someone you are proud of. So come as you are… and leave a little more unstoppable, confident, and alive.

Hi, I'm JESSICA

I grew up cheerleading and loved the team and dance aspects. After getting married and having kids I lost myself and needed to find my way back. Camille took me to my first Zumba class and I was hooked! I had found the joy in moving my body again while also connecting with others who helped me feel so loved and supported. Zumba has brought me such joy and great friends, and thats what I want everyone feeling after class. Don’t worry about being perfect (I’m gonna mess it up too!) smile and keep going!

Hi, I'm BREE

Mom of two teens, wife, nurse, and lifelong dance lover. I fell for group fitness at age 5 in my first Jazzercise class with my mom and I’ve been hooked ever since. I discovered Zumba in 2010 and never looked back, dance party vibes without the late-night regrets? I’m in!
I’ve been teaching Zumba for 15 years and found my home at Soulcial Motion. It’s the people and energy that make it truly special. Come dance with me!
